Penn State looks like a Pop Warner team without Hackenberg right now.

1). Franklin is a terrible coach

2). Hackenberg elevated the play of those around him.

You know, I was fine with the pick, all through the arguing and criticism, until yesterday, when I watched the 4th round rookie Dak Prescott start the first game of the season and play like a poised veteran. If dum dum doesn't stay in bounds, the Cowpokes may have won that game. Now I'm really starting to question taking Hack in the 2nd. Someone please talk me off the ledge.

It's hard to compare, different offensive schemes, Cowboys love to run the ball and their oline is probably top 3 in the NFL.

Prescott had great protection and was not asked to do it all.

Hack can't start with this oline as it is a pass heavy scheme.

As always though, it is always about the QB.

I'll be honest, if the Jets are 1-6 at some point, I want to see Petty. Screw Fitz and Geno, start thinking of the future.

Dallas has a good system and an even better OL. Props to Dak for not turning it over. However he was only asked to throw check downs and short passes. Hence the reason why they only put up 19 and came out with a home loss.

he is a longer term project than petty, with more upside.
if i was the gm, geno would be starting and fitz would be living in boston full-time.
