We might get to see that when we go to Buffalo.

Our running game isn’t the best right now. This team needs breece. That being said this kid looked fast and like he WANTS it. Wish him luck.

Ty is still your best home run threat. Closest to Breece but Bam def had the quick one cut and go…with some power to boot.

If I had to guess why Knight saw action today over James Robinson, it's because Saleh is prepping for the playoffs. Running the football in December and January wins football games late in the season. Saleh wants 4 very capable running backs he can turn to. Carter, Robinson, Johnson, and Knight. Every one except Robinson looked dynamic today. Get the OL healthy and get ready to play smashmouth football to close out the season and on into the playoffs.....

I thought Robinson was injured. Edit: you’re right, I’m surprised by that.

Glad Knight got to show his stuff today.

Get MC & J.Rob healthy and we can make some noise...

Knight did really well, just wish had had that extra burst for the red zone.

With Breece in there today the Jets win by 2 scores easily.

The Jets should operate as though Breece is not coming back early (or at all) and draft an RB in the late rounds.

Bam has taken the RB 2 job. Best RB on the roster not named Hall.

The running game still wasn’t very good yesterday despite the final output. One 48 yard run really inflated everything. That’s more on the line than the backs though. Knight runs like he wants a job.

Didn't want to make a new thread for this but do we have a FB or someone who can fill this role (ala Wesco who wasn't a true FB)??

I love how this dude runs. He must've had a coach screaming "GET UP FIELD!" on every play. It's nice to have a back that's always trying to move forward and not dance. If he keeps this up, Hall/Knight/Carter in the backfield is fantastic!

You do know our OC isn't exactly a GnP aficianado.

Nick Bawden. Come to think of it, I don't remember seeing him that much this year. I'm pretty sure they have been using Uzomah and Conklin as Hbacks. I really wanted Rhamondre Stevenson a couple of years ago, maybe they'll find someone this offseason.

Your post brings to mind Army FB Jakobi Buchanan, 6.0' 260lbs. Never stopped for a loss in his college career--348 attempts.

Didn't Quinnen line up in the backfield once or twice? Maybe we should try a refrigerator Perry kind of thing.

Definitely something that should’ve been utilized at some point vs Minnesota. He’s athletic as hell - at least have a play where he’s playing fullback and lead blocks for Bam. Would’ve got the W.

I wouldn’t want Q to risk injury but maybe Nathan Shepherd or something.

I like Buchanan a lot and he was fun to watch. He might be fulfilling his mandatory service. I also think teams can’t really have players like him on the roster because he probably isn’t fast or athletic enough to play on all the special teams coverage units. The fullback on every roster is pretty much required to cover kicks unfortunately.
