I've simply had it with these fukin patriots getting all the calls, this is fukin bullshit. I've lost all respect for those fukin refs. if that ref died tomorrow, i would laugh. how can you call offensive PI call on that play is beyond me. It was nowhere near conclusive. Cotch made a better to attempt to catch the ball then that bum hobbs. it was more incidental contact then anything. Its amazing how 2 plays can change the whole aspect of the game. Our fucking kicker missing a 30 yarder and a bullshit offensive PI call. And thats why we lost the game
I don´t think any of those Penaltys were bad calls. We just need to stop comitting them. And it was PI by Cotch, he had to make sure, that O´Neal wouldn´t have a chance to catch it and pushed him down.
O'Neal was interfering with Cotchery trying to box him out, he was blocking him from catching the ball. That's also a penalty
exactly. it wasnt conclusive to call an offensive PI. that drive coulda led to a TD but refs had to fuck it up
that wasn't that bullshit to me. What sent me over the edge was the roughing call on calvin pace when Vrabel has taken multiple cheap shots on favre well after the play
The "Roughing the Passer" Call on Cassel was one of the worst calls I have seen in the past five years. That was ridiculous.
For the most part the penalties were all well deserved, but damn they didn't miss a thing on our side today.
Ok, I understand the bitterness from the loss, I'm there too with the Bengals, but don't tell me your about to seriously blame it on the refs???
they did miss the mugging our guy put on their tightend early in the game. stop looking for excuses, we lost!!!!!!
The Bengals board is a loss below... And, while the Jets played absolutely horribly the whole freakin game, the refs did make some atrocious calls that the Patriots always seem to get. I really don't think the PI on Cotch was deserved, but that could go either way. Vrabel hit Favre 3 times late much worse than Pace did to Cassel, yet which gets called? Pace's "roughing the passer." It's just...plain...bullshit.
We didnt lose by the refs AT ALL but rather shot ourselves in the foot and got beat because Gostowski had a hell of a day with field control as well as the Pats D doing a solid job with the killing of our O-Line But the refs fucked up 3 calls.... 1. Stuckey was whistled even when he wasnt stopped, and then Sanders began to shove Stuckey after the play 2. The Calvin Pace Roughing the Passer was brutal, Pace hit him just as he released the ball nothing you can do there.....Cant stop momentum at such a speed that Pace was running 3. Thomas Jones runs out of bounds with 11 secs left but somehow the clock is still running down to end the 3rd The 3rd's nitpicking somewhat but outside of 1-2 bad calls(The Faulk big catch I thought there mighta been a hold), the Pats just outplayed us plain and simple.
If you've watched the Jets for years you'd know what we are talking about. Especially in games against the Pats. Pats get all the calls.
