The knock-offs are more likely to come customs-free than the official outlets. I'd start there. The uk-based selection is abysmal.
I don't want to filter through 60 pages of Jerseys. What was the consensus of best place to get an authentic jersey?
Yeh I'm struggling to source any jets jersey (good one's) anywhere in the UK, bloody joke. I'd thought the NFL would set up something like a shop in London or something to help distribute NFL gear.
Jersey101.com They make fauxthentics for ~35 bucks that look nearly identical to the real thing. Takes about 2 weeks to ship from Hong Kong. I have 3 jerseys from them, all very good.
A real authentic- Go to the Jetsshop.com, get a jersey with a 50 season patch before they're gone. They have a limited supply now-
There's nothing authentic about these jerseys. They are bootleg. Visit jerseycentral.org and ask the experts for yourselves. Why else would a $200 plus jersey cost $35.
faux = a French word for false or fake. what he is saying is they are fake, but still decent quality, and they are i have one myself.. the difference in quality is not worth the 170-200 dollar difference in price, not even close imo

Bah! OK..... Disregard the soapbox preacher over here and save your money. The NFL probably pays less per unit to produce the fakes but charges 5 to 10 times as much depending on where you buy your jersey from. Never buy from NFL.com or Jets Shop. Save your money, get yourself 4 or 5 jerseys from China that look negligably different than the authentics. Or, if it means that much to you, take a hardline stance on jersey authenticity, because we know that should be a very pressing issue in all our lives.

Of the 60 pages in this thread, about 20 are from this Jersey-nazi making fun of people who buy knockoffs... haha.
Spending $220+ on a jersey that will be getting sweat, beer, and mustard on it is a waste of money, in my book. People want the knockoffs because they are less than 1/6th the price, but they still are decent for the price. Are they 100% as good as the expensive authentic jereseys? Of course not....we all know that. But the cost is more than worth it, especially if you don't want to worry about the condition of your jersey while tailgating/playing football/watching the game. You could literally buy 6 or 7 of the bootlegs for the price of 1 authentic.
