If his accuracy is exploited with pressure in college with the Jets horrible offensive line it won't get better. But Rock we will see the next 4 and half weeks will be telling.

Why are people still advocating for Barkley? It literally makes no sense. Do you really think Bowles or Macc cares more about this season than the future of the franchise??? It's silly. They need to get the QB situation settled first and foremost. If they fail to draft a QB and next season goes just like this one did, guarantee Macc and Bowles are gone.

If they show potential of future stability at the position, they buy themselves more time. There is no logical scenario where Bowles and Macc are clamoring for Barkley as their savior. It would be different if they drafted Watson last year and wanted to pair him up with a game changing RB, but QB is the most important position on the team and you don't trade 3 2nds for a RB when you can use one of those 2nds on a decent one not to mention some oline help.

Don't forget they have 2 great character guys and locker room leaders at the QB position. It's the perfect environment for a rookie QB. Don't waste it.

Absolutely, BTW Darnold looked great today. This could be one of the best QB classes in a long time.
