Unless you are getting something ridiculous like 2 first's and 2nd, trading Revis makes no sense.

I see Dallas offering their 1st round pick plus Morris Clabourn, I would make that trade if I were the jets

Romo is a choke artist. Talented but can't win an important game for his life.

All you "don't trade him" people at least put a figure behind your stance. And 10m a yr is not a Mevis option.

The best move that the Jets can make is Revis and Sanchez for Cousins. If we could get a 1st and Cousins for Revis, Great, and we can trade Sanchez for a 5th or 6th rounder. However, Griffin is injury prone with this style, and Cousins is more valuable to the Redskins due to that.

You guys are putting way to much stock in a Cornerback's value.

Good trade value for Revis would be a 2nd and a conditional 2013 right now. Healthy, or proven healthy, a first rounder and third rounder would make sense.

People take unproven corners in the first round all the time. Don't tell me Revis isn't worth at least a first round pick, I'm not buying it. And why does everyone want Kirk Cousins so bad? I think people are putting way to much stock in his value.

People take unproven corners in the first for $2 million a year, not $10 Million a year.

I suggested trading Revis and Sanchez before week 8 (deadline) for Cousins. Revis was on injured reserve, and Sanchez, well ... The Redskins had a booming 2nd pick overall playing like a veteran, they need serious help in the secondary, and an owner proven to spend money. The stars line up, not so much Cousins love. However, I did have him as the 3rd best QB last year.

Just read something on JetsInsder according to Local Tampa Radio good chance Revis might come to the Buccaneers?

If this is true what do you think they would give us for him they do have a massive need for a CB and who better than the best all time (arguably)

Seriously...what is the deal with this? This fan base is so depressed they'll take a flier on anyone that has a remote shot at being a viable NFL QB

Yes, but they have those corners for 5-6 years. If you can get Revis to agree to an extension then yes, he's worth a 1st and more. But if you're dealing for only 1 year of a corner who's coming off ACL surgery, you aren't going to get anything close to his actual value.
