Awesome series. Glad I decided to actually do other things this weekend. This team can't beat Boston, and it can't beat the Angels. Coincidentally, those are the only two teams we actually need to worry about come October. This is the worst 90+ win team in baseball.
Don't complain if you don't even watch. They did take 2 of 3 from the Angels at home, right? So I guess they CAN beat them. You think we'll go 0 and 18 against Boston? This weekend was terrible but considering we are 0 and 8 against Boston to be only 3 out is pretty good. This team has been through alot in the first half and they've done a good job staying in the hunt. They will be fine but hopefully you are doing other things when they play this October.
Pretty much, they can throw out HS players and as long as "Angels" or an Angel logo is on their uniform the Yanks will have trouble w/ them.
I knew going into the weekend exactly what was going to happen. The Yanks in Anaheim after a huge winning streak and the Sox at home against KC was not a good recipe for the Yanks
