    Do these umps have too much pride to ask for help? He was behind Howard, who's wide body and glove obstructed the umps' line of sight. The ball short hopped so close to the glove. When the runner is adamant about the ball short hopping Howard you ask for help. Fuck these fags

    I'm eating crow right now.

    Burnett was GREAT tonight, we really needed that type of outing and he delivered. He came through in the 'big game', the type of game the media and fans, including myself to be honest, doubted he would be able to do tonight.

    Even? He was the one who knew best. The umpires didn't know.

    He obviously knew what happened because he fielded it, so he had to assume they'd get the call correct.

    FOX had to go to break after showing the replay. The umpires definitely could've changed the call during the break. If any of them saw what happened, I'm sure it would've been overturned and FOX would've been told to stop showing ads.

    FOX isn't telling the umpires what to do.
