Thank God. ARod cost us that run...but I'll forgive him if he comes up big later on.

 

He was doing it for the big ticket free agent signings this past offseason. He actually did it for Raul Ibanez, too (saying that the owner gave the go ahead to Ruben Amaro to go out and spend a lot of money, and they did with Ibanez, who cost $30 million over three years).

The one that got left out was Teixeira. I didn't hear him discuss that one, but he's covered Sabathia, Burnett, and Ibanez.
