It was partially a joke since most Yankee fans were actually rooting for the Rays last night. It would only be fitting that now that they're in, they'll eliminate us. I'd still rather play them than Texas.
Ahhh, okay, I gotcha. I completely agree about Texas. Honestly, I fear them more than any other team in the playoffs right now. Their pitching is good enough to win, but their lineup is absolutely ridiculous. I was just telling someone on Twitter this morning that the Texas team OPS for September is actually higher than either Cano's or Granderson's! hmy: Granted, they didn't play great competition, but damn, .917 is an elite hitter as an individual.
