When a pitcher is wild that changes though. You look for a specific pitch on 2-1 when the pitcher is all over the place.
There certainly is no proof, but when history repeats itself at a 95% success rate, fans can make pretty safe bets.
Of course. Don't think I watch Ortiz do it all the time and not think, "Damn, I wish A-Rod would do that" but he doesn't. However, it's not all about A-Rod, and it almost seems like he gets almost all the blame for the problems with the Yankees.
That shot of Beckett as they went to commercial said it all. Just throwing his arms up as if he gave up. He needs to get his head on straight and soon. He makes me sick sometimes.
Okay guys, I would love to sit and argue all day about the success of A-Rod, but my wife is telling me we need to get out of the house. Unfortunately, now I have to deal with Sterling. I'll be back later to chat about things. Talk to you later!
How am I stubborn and ignorant. I guess mistermoss is as well because he basically said the same thing at the top of the page. He has done nothing to show anyone that if it was a big spot that he wouldve dpne anything
It's not all about Arod, but it's been more about him than most other players on the team this year. In addition to him playing small in a big spot, he's having one of the worst seasons as far as "situational hitting" this season that I've ever witnessed, and I'm confident that I could do a better job on defense. Plus, he continues to want to live a very public life, draws attention to himself with his actions, so he can't have it both ways.
Hey, I love John Sterling. If you just concede that you can't take him seriously, he's a joy to listen too.
