And how many fly balls has Abreu misplayed or just dropped outright. Two misplayed today alone. He no longer gets walks too. He should be batting fifth, Arod third and Giambi 4th at this point regardless of what his average might be. It seems Arod is always leading off an inning which means Abreu is always making the last out the inning before.
You know, this morning, after seeing multiple Mets fan posts about supposed Yankee arrogance, I went into the Mets/Braves series thread to see how many Yankee fans had gone in there to talk shit about the Mets game last night. I found that only Roger had gone in there, and he had only tlaked generally. Amazingly, once again, Mets fans camped in here today to once again troll the shit out the thread. Quite frankly, it's pissing me off to no end. I'm coming into game threads to discuss the game, and I have to navigate through 10 posts of dickhead Mets fan posts telling a guy he's classless for making an obvious joke. I'm sitting here on my damn phone trying to get through the meaningful posts regarding the game, and half of it is Mets fan shit talk. But it's the Yankee fans they claim have no class. Wake up children. This is the one thing junc is actually spot on about. You're more obsessed with the Yankees than you are with your own team.
Yankee fans could care less about the Mets. That's the difference. We have no inferiority complex to try and overcome.

Alio looks like he's working himself up towards a critical mass, another loss to the Red Sox tomorrow and I believe we'll see a meltdown.
If the Yankees lose 100 games this year and come in dead last in the AL and the Mets go on to win the WS the Yankees will still have the better team and Met fans know it. That's just the way it is.
People need to chill out and realize we are only 2-3 weeks into the season. Stop calling for people to be fired and stop criticizing players who have been doing pretty well. I'm a Yankee fan and some of the posts in here are outrageous. Look at who we are pitching in this series and we realistically should have won only 1 out of 3. Hopefully we can get that one tomorrow night. However, if we can't get that 1 win it isn't the end of the world. We will go back to playing our regular schedule and beat up on most of the teams that come in. Settle down guys, baseball is a long season.

No, I'm not kidding. I'm totally serious. There is no better team in NY then the Yankees no matter what the outcome of the season is. If you think differently then you are kidding yourself.
I believe the definition of the word "better" is having more wins and less losses than the other team.
