Look at my post you quoted. I said "as of right now, he's a late-second rounder"... That could change after the combine: up or down. Out of the second tier defensive ends I named earlier, someone will separate from the pack. Heyward, Liuget, Guy, and Wilkerson will be competing. I was never trying to call you out, I just disagree with you on this player. If someone quotes one of my posts, I'm going to reply - I just hadn't seen this one until just now. I've said this plenty of times to plenty of different posters: you can't base your opinion on ONE game.
Great list and great work!! Glad to see you're also on the Bilal Powell bandwagon (somewhat). If he falls to our 5th round pick I would have no problem taking him there, I think the kids got a lot of talent and upside. His good senior bowl might be raising his stock too high for us however.
If he falls to the 5th round some team is getting a massive steal. He was lights out this season, he's really one of the better backs in this draft. I would take him over a few of the guys that people are just handing higher spots in the rankings to.
Just found out today that Cam Newton is training at the facility my sister and brother in law own and run. Pretty sure my brother in law will be training him personally (although he obviously has a separate QB coach). By far the biggest pre-combine athlete they've had. I'm glad to see you have him rated #1 at the QB position, since I'll be immediately pulling for him to be the first QB off the board. It would be great for business.
I agree 100%. The lack of pub he's been getting is mind boggling to me. To tell you the truth, I'd consider taking him in the fourth (for the jets) depending on who else is available. Taking a rb high(rounds 1-4) in this draft is not something I'm opposed to. Well most likely only be carrying 1 fb opening up a spot for another rb. And with lt probably only being around for another year we need to start looking now.
