None of these guys are Teddy, Carr or Mariota- the three guys I've had man love for over the past 3-4 years.

I'm rolling with Fitz for a year with Petty as the understudy in waiting.

I like the positions taken just maybe not in that order.

I feel we need to address the RB position above and beyond any other offensive position. Having said that I believe we also need to address both inside and outside linebacker position.

The Hogan late pick with Geno kicked to the curb is an amazing idea btw!

While Ole Miss' Chad Kelly may not declare for the '16 draft (not that many starts), depending on the round (if available in the 3rd-4th and beyond) I'd take a flyer on this kid. He's a lot better than Bo Wallace was : big arm, athletic, and tough, and not as INT-prone as Bo was. But I also wouldn't be surprised if he returned to Oxford for one more year.

He probably should go back. Needs to prove he's grown up enough. Kids got some decent talent but over the last few years that's exactly what he's been. A kid. Prove he can be a professional whilst working g on his game.

    FYI

Fitz has logged enough snaps for us to owe the Texans a sixth rounder instead of a seventh rounder.

I agree that he should go back to school. He's still a bit raw, inconsistent, and needs to refine his game. His decision making needs some work as does his reading of Ds. He also needs to show more maturity and better character. He's had enough problems that it would cause his draft status to drop like a rock.

He has more than just decent talent, however. He has a great arm, is mobile and athletic. If he can put up a better, more consistent season in 2016, he has a great shot to win the Heisman Trophy and be a high first round pick.

I really wouldn't be against drafting several OTs in this draft. Breno needs replaced now, Brick needs replaced for salary reasons as much as performance reasons, Ijalana is our only backup, right? Is there any reason to think he's starter material, or is he a career backup guy? Plus, we might as well put one at TE, since we don't use them to catch the ball.

I wouldn't be mad at all if we picked up 2 OLBs and 4 OTs in the draft, since I don't see any QBs worth taking.
Of course, we will still be in need of QB, FB, OG, ILB, and more....
