That's acceptable, but it was more that Marcus Vick was a good athlete, but a terrible person off the field who felt entitled due to his brother's success. His arrests and expulsion from VT were more of the cause of his nonexistant draft stock. His bloodlines were probably the thing that got him his blip on the radar NFL gig in the first place. (That, or the Dolphins are idiots. Come to think of it, probably because the Dolphins are idiots) William Gholston is pretty much the opposite of Vick's situation, in that he's a highly rated prospect who happens to be the cousin of one of the biggest busts of all time. The fact that he is even related to He-who-shall-not-be-named might make teams second guess him when comparing to other draftable prospects.
He shouldve came out this year. I dont think he’s going to be drafted as high as he wouldve this year. 900+ touches as a RB entering the NFL isnt an ideal situation...
When Monte Ball moves up to the NFL, he's gonna lose pretty much all his "collegiate power" like Mark Ingram did. He's gonna have to rely on pure skills as a RB, he's not gonna steam roll anyone in the NFL or break easy arm tackles. And with that said, I don't see him as a game changer in the NFL...
I had the same thing happen the other day, I made that first comment and then the next day Watkins gets arrested and charged with weed possession. Very Odd, but hes only a Sophomore.
