I'm not as optimistic of the Jet's success in 2009....IMO, 8-8 is about the best the Jets will be able to muster. The Jets were very lucky with very few injuries in 2008, we may not be that fortunate this year. Drafting in the middle of Rd 1 will give us some options at WR.....Bryant and Williams. I'm still sticking with my mock.....WR, DE, NT in the 1st 3 Rds.

Even though our picks differ --- I still like the position drafting scheme you took -- WR + DE right away. Personally, I would like to get a NT in the 4th round -- I think Boo Robinson will be going no later than Rd 2.

I thinkin we dont make the playoffs so we'll be sumwhere in the middle WR and DE are obviously are top 2 needs unless we dont resign Lito.I figure the draft goes sumthing like this...
    1. Gerald McCoy DE or Damian Williams WR
    2. Dez Bryant WR or Vince Oghobasse DE
    3. Syd'Quan Thompson CB

I love how this mock would have still been relevant before the Holmes trade.
