    He was his first 3 or 4 years in the NFL too before Cleveland made him a full time receiver.

    Sounds like the perfect guy for the End Around/WildCat/RPO in case Bates wants to change it up every now and then.. Hell, we could go old school and use the venerable flanker screen again! :)

    Well, He was the QB for the Oakland Raiders a few years back so I watched him live at Metlife against the Jets in season opener. We of course won the game. Who would have known the same guy I watched as an opposing QB would now try to catch TD's as WR for my beloved Jets.

    Life is short, life is weird.

    We will have over $110 Million in cap space next year.. If he makes a big impact and has chemistry with our rookie QB, it would be foolish to let him walk.
