Definitely. I also love his ability to jump up and catch the deep ball as well and his body control.

Yeah, I'm thinking they hope he will fall with plans to take another position at 18. Probably a CB..haha.

I would be the happiest if we took Brandin Cooks at 18. I think he can have a huge impact.

Sounds like he got a quote from somebody who likes projects. Well, assuming he got a quote.

If we draft Benjamin in the first, I'm literally going to explode.

Lol... Watkins/Lee/Evans/Cooks/Beckham Jr. are all better than Benjamin.

that report by mehta is crap i feel like. like i'm sure the guy said "you can't teach 6'5", but we are going to be way more wary after hill

i think there are way better prospects out there

That will make two of us. In fact, that might be the answer to the question what would cause you to stop rooting for the Jets, because if they take Benjamin at #18, I'll know they're (Idzik, the scouting dept., Rex, and Marty) all a bunch of clueless morons.

IMO, Bryant is better, Matthews is better.

Honestly I can't think of one thing Benjamin does better than Bryant.

He's 6'5". Martavis Bryant will never be 6'5". So in the alternate reality NFL where just being 6'5" makes you a great WR prospect Benjamin is great.

I wouldn't take Benjamin at 18, would I trade back into round 1 and take him? sure.

I believe we would have to take another receiver though. Benjamin is athletic, but he needs work.

don't know where he's projected to go, but this college WR could be our Shane Vereen. if he's anywhere close to as good as his cousin Andre, he'd be a steal in the middle rounds.

He's an interesting mid-rounds guy. He'd be a bit better than that if the kickoff return was not being phased out of the game.

Benjamin won't be the BPA at #18, so need to overreact.

On the rare chance KB fell to #49, that's a different story.

Benjamin would go against the type of WRs Sanjay Lal was apart of drafting in Oakland and here in his brief stint with the Jets(Albeit we have hardly gone after this position in the draft). Granted Al Davis and his 40 time fetishes ran rampant in Oakland and all but Lal has always favored speedsters over the physically tall WRs hence why he may have been on board with the consensus of going with Hill over Jeffrey.

Adams seems like the better bet in round 2 if we do go that route given Adams provides much more speed then Benjamin.
