Gallon struggles against press coverage, he's not particularly fast, and he doesn't have much size. but that kid has some excellent hands and runs some sharp routes. Really enjoyed watching him play for Michigan

if he can play ST I would def draft him in the 6th round

Disagree. He ran a 4.49 at the combine (faster than Marqise Lee), and he looks even faster on tape than he does on the track. He'd likely play in the slot a few yards behind the LOS, so even though I think his struggles against press is overblown, I don't think it's a huge issue as he is agile and runs really sharp routes.

According to Rotoworld the Jets have heavy interest in Martavis Bryant. I'm interested too, but only in the 3rd round or later. Some team will probably fall in love and take him before us

I like Lee, Beckham, Ellington, Gallon and some others. I need to watch John Brown and Bryant action. Benjamin has shaky hands.

I feel like Martavis has Hill 2.0 written all over him. We need physical receivers who aren't afraid of contact. He seem's finesse to me.

It would be nice if he had actually caught enough balls at Clemson that the possibility of him just vanishing in the pro game wasn't 50/50 or so. I'd hate drafting Bryant with the 18. It would tell me that the Jets learned nothing at all from the Stephen Hill fiasco and we were going to have to watch that process all over again and hope we got a better result this time.

The guy caught 42 balls with Sammy Watkins on the other side of the field. How does that possibly equate to a #1 NFL WR?

Bryant is not a 1st round player. It would be insane for anybody to take him on the 18, on the 19, on the 20, etc. In the parlance on our times, the 70 is earliest I'd take him.

Yeah, I want the tough guys. It is okay to have one burner with a slight flame. The Jets already have one. That is enough.

There are four shorter receivers who are tough- Beckham Jr, Cooks, Ellington, Gallon. I hope the Jets land one of them.

Lee is in that group too. Played through a bunch of injuries this year and was playing well again by the end of the year.

Landry is going to be the Anquan Boldin of this draft. Not exactly similar in style but if he goes to a place that needs him to play next year he's going to catch 70 balls for 1000 yards.

That's how the jets ended up with vlad doodoocase and Stephen hill. Could have used two good second round picks other than those two players.

He could. Then again, he may not be nearly that effective at all. I loved him at LSU, but don't know what to make of his chances in the NFL. He has great hands and is tough, but isn't that big and isn't very fast.

I don't want DJax any way, but especially if it means we won't take Cooks. I really, really, REALLY want the Jets to draft Cooks.

I would love to see them pick him up. He was always overshadowed by Amari Cooper and the running game at Bama but he was arguably the most important player on that offense. He always seemed to get first downs and made he plays when they needed it like the National Championship game against LSU. If they could get him in the later rounds with one of their comp picks it could be a steal.

That's what sold me - he had extremely reliable hands, and knows where the open field is going to be while running up field. While I was watching McCarron's tapes, I couldn't help noticing this kid. He was the kind of 'chain mover' that any team would gladly have, and a lethal threat in the red zone.
