Unfortunately because of Chad's contract..teams taking him on would already have to invest a lot into him...so therefore I think realistically the draft pick your FO can ask for in return has to suffer as a result. I'd imagine if you were to trade him..you would be lucky to get anything higher than a high second day draft pick in return.
