Read that we would have picked #12 if we lost that game. That would have netted us OBJ. Instead the Giants get him, and we are stuck with a safety who sucks in coverage.

If it was a meaningless game for both teams that'd be one thing but the game frigging knocked Miami out of the playoffs, this shouldn't even be up for discussion. It's not like beating the Steelers in a 6-0 snow game when both teams were out of the playoffs late in one of Herm's seasons anyway. Besides, if the difference between 12 and 18 is going to be so franchise-changing for us than Idzik isn't anywhere near what he's cracked up to be anyway.
Lol. I can tell from your final sentence that you never saw Pryor play. Please quit the internet, for a while anyway.
I don't think it's worth tanking a game for a few draft spots, not really knowing where everyone else will land. OBJ could be the next Stephen Hill. Pryor could be the next Laron Landry. You act like we missed out on Lebron James here. I'm happy we finally drafted a safety prior to round 6. Milliner + Pryor is the future of the secondary right there. Marqise Lee is still available as well. The Jets might be able to grab him in round 2.
Would rather be 8-8 and have Rex Ryan and Calvin Pryor in 2014 than be 7-9 and without Rex and have ODB.
I'd take Pryor over OBJ all day sitting here right now. It might work out differently but I don't think that cost anything sitting here right now.
