lets just agree to disagree - if we get a new coach in and it makes a big difference (for the better) then great (I just don't think it will)
Well I do understand what you were saying earlier in that our biggest problem revolves around the quarterback play and a hard ass head coach doesn't just fix the problems when the talent isn't there. My whole point is that it cleans up some of the bullshit this team has been allowed to get away with over the past 6 years that can attribute to a win or two more a year not that it definitively does.
I hardly know what to think anymore - the whole thing sometimes seems like its a player or two away from being good, other times it looks like a basket case that cannot be fixed (ever) - I am so envious of friends that follow the Pats and the Niners that had these decade long periods of success with a couple of SBs thrown in for good measure - I just cannot see this franchise ever achieving the same, just doesn't seem to have it in it.
He's been to 3 title games and 1 SB and this is only his 4th season as HC. Give the guy a little credit. He's 40-15 as a HC and 5-3 in the playoffs.
the injuries the niners have had this year have been ridiculous - in one game they only had about 3 starters available on the defense
