Not sure about that. I'd put it at 50 percent.

Rex is having his presser right now and he has already said he thinks Sanchez is the long-term solution.

I hope it's a smokescreen and that there is still a chance that a change might be made, or at least even considered.

If Rex is being honest, he needs to be fired tonight too. If he doesn't get how much of a problem his qb is, how big of a problem him OC is, how over-rated his defense is, and how undisciplined his team is, he needs to go as well..

Cmon Cakes to think Flynn will come in and do better than Sanchez at this point is just WAY to big of a gamble and frankly a bit silly. For competition purposes Id be all for it but to come in and take the starter spot just isnt right for this team.

You're on crack. He RARE EVER throws to anyone who isn't blatantly WIDE open. He never leads any of his receivers with any of his throws. He's been doing this since his 1st day as a pro. Can't believe not even a little improvement.

A quick example would be his last INT. Patrick Turner is open in the 2 yard line and he's on Sanchez's line of view but he chooses to attempt yet another inaccurate dump off. If he strikes Turner with a quick accurate throw, he's in for a TD with ease but of course he wasn't WIDE open, thus Sanchez doesn't throw to him...

    Get Matt Flynn here

He looks great today and he learned from the best. If we can't get Manning Flynn is a free agent. 6 tds 480 yards, Sanchez couldn't do that with Jerry Rice and Isaac Bruce.

In a vacuum I'd want Flynn over Sanchez, but he turned so many heads today someone's gonna really overpay him. It'll be interesting to see what happens. All I know is Daniel Snyder will give up/pay way too much for either Flynn or Manning. Or both? Should be fun to watch.

480 yards, Give Sanchez Isaac Bruce and Jerry Rice in their prime and he won't break 300.

So, does Matt Flynn's success today mean that Aaron Rodgers is just a system QB?

Did Rodgers success mean Favre was a system qb?

I don't care if you sign Jesus Effing Christ to play QB for this team, no one will be successful with this shitty offensive line, no talent receivers, no run game, and an OC who couldn't game-plan his way out of a wet kleenex. Blame Sanchez all you want, but that's the truth.

    I don't know.

Everyone seems to do well in that offense.

    Orton..

Yeah Flynn had a good day today but I'd look to pick up Orton, you're not giving up anything for Orton and Flynn isnt proven. Orton does what Sanchez can't and doesn't look like he will ever do.. he throws ACCURATELY and he does a very good job reading defenses.

Put Sanchez where he belongs, on the bench and try to trade him, sign Orton, get a vet back up (one that can actually play) and then they have McElroy waiting to take over once Orton is past his prime and ready to become the #2 guy.

I want no part of Sanchez on the Jets ever again, he's just plain awful. His best trait is that he has a lot of spunk but that without talent doesn't get it done in the NFL.
