The OLine is the weakest link on the roster. No denying that. Mac is gonna have his work cut out for him trying to get it fixed either thru FA or the Draft. It might even make Geno a NFL calibre Qb at the end of the day if he's working with a NFL calibre Wr corps and OLine.

It's not ideal but not devoid of potential either. Dakota Dozier is a wildcard, Freeman showed potential, Winters was garbage but is still young. It wouldn't be crazy if someone emerged from that group that no one is expecting right now.

Mangold and DBrick are not getting younger by any means. They are solid but slower....I agree with Cman, our OL and depth is fairly weak. Need to pick up one more in FA and one solid in the draft...

disagree, Aboushi at the very least makes a great backup guard and freeman has upside as a backup center.

its the future of the tackle position thats the weakest aspect of the O-line. we could use a young OT from this draft to groom.

Freeman did OK filling in at center but Aboushi is nothing special.

I'm fine with Aboushi. I think he was vastly superior to Winters and he's still very young. While he may never be spectacular I think he can hold down the LG spot for years to come with a few years of glory. Hoping he's Brandon Moore 2.o
