http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playernews.aspx?sport=NFL&line=79104 What? If he's not a 1st ballot HOF, that'd be ashame and a joke.
good luck to the man...i only saw him play a few times last season and ofcourse missed most of his career but the guy is all character. i would say that he is done as a Jet for good.
The #4 All Time rusher in the history of the game will not have to wait a year just because Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk retired the same year.
No way was Curtis a better player than Marshall Faulk. Faulk averaged 4.3 ypc to Curtis' 4.0. Faulk averaged 9 yards per reception to Curtis' 6.9. Faulk had more total yards, more TDs (136 to 105). Faulk surpassed him in every category. Add to that 2 MVP awards & 2 Super Bowl appearances. Faulk>Martin If you disagree, tell me how and why Martin was better, other than the fact that you root for the J!E!T!S!, which I do as well.
What great players? Tiki Barber? Tiki is not a HOF player, he ahs been great the past few years but wasn't the first half of hsi career and he doesnt' even have a rushing title and only 1 top 4 finish. Who else will be retiring this year that could impact him?
