very close. but no. I work less than a half mile away and I seriously thought bringing my truck back every day would be a nightmare. Not the case. It was actually quite normal and slightly less than normal traffic. I`m just a bit pissed that someway us taxpayers will be footing the bill for all the OT these FBI, CIA, AFT, Immigration, police, fire, fuel for the copters, and whatever else they are stealing from us(you KNOW the Jets and Giants and paying for this shit). I never wanted this game here and never will. I also live less than 14 miles from the shithole and never thought ONCE about going to the stupid bowl. No tailgating, massive checkpoints, high ticket prices, less than desirable weather conditions(rains are a comin), no parking spaces. Why even bother? It`s a complete joke. I`m sure the game will be fine because it`s gonna get played no matter what. Good for them. Now lets go Seahawks 7 and Broncos 9.
Lol, can't believe anyone seriously thought folks were coming to NJ or East Rutherford during the week to eat and shop just because the stadium is there. That's ok, Jerry's of East Rutherford's food is better than Rao's  _
Is Jerry's even open anymore? I pass there twice a day on the bus. There's a big for sale sign on the building. I was wondering if they're moving to a new location.
Get out! I was just there this past August after the Syracuse-Penn State game. That would be a shame, a great local Italian joint. _
