Cromartie is a perfect fit for our team and im sure Rex and Thurman are the reasons we picked him up. LT is another vet RB to replace TJ and can catch out of the backfield if we lose Leon. LT I can see as a big PR move but he was also a good signing.
Its nice to know I have a friend. I have been defending him all the time. He wants to win the Super bowl as much as us and has made us a first class orginization all the way. New comlpex, new stadium and he had the balls to get rid of Mangina and not listen to Eric's buddy Mr.T and he hired Ryan when nobody else did. And remember, it could have been James Dolan... that's all I have to say, it could have been James Dolan, James Dolan could have been our owner, James Dolan of cablevision, Rangers, Knicks, MSG could have been the Jet owner. Pete Carroll would be our coach and Mike Holmgren would be our GM and Jake Delhome would be our QB, again James Dolan could be our owner for the next 40 years. You NY'ers would have gotten your NY stadium and there would be synergy with the MSG network and we never, ever would win. Ask the Ranger fans about winning and how they like Glen Sather. Did I mention that James Dolan could have been our owner instead of Woody?
cromartie was a good move. lt was a lateral move, but he fits better for what is needed. jones would not be getting 20+ carries with the jets in 2010 and he's really not effective unless he gets his carries. jones is a rhythm guy. when he gets a lot of touches he gets in a rhythm and plays well. as a 10-15 carry guy he'll look more like the jones from the playoffs.
Woody becoming more demanding certainly explains why Gholston hasn't walked the plank yet. It has everything to do with getting any return at all out of that guaranteed money they gave the Ghost upfront. Woody is gonna squeeze anything he can get out of this failed experiment this season but I have to say, given the choice of either resigning TJ and cutting the Ghost to offset the cost certainly should have been given more consideration IMO. Mark my words people.. Lockout 2011.. Playing at a stadium near you..
