i think the rams would have the weaker SOS. their second half schedule, plus the abysmality of the division, would have to given them the weaker schedule to go 0-16. But that said, I think all 3 teams win a game this year (indy, st louis and miami)

These are perfect examples as to why the NFL has to abandon its present draft structure and go with a lottery. How long before Vegas takes both teams off the boards? How long before somebody at NFL HQ gets it? I think this happened in the NBA a few decades ago before they had to go to a lottery setup.
