Roy Williams also had to play with TO and him and TO are essentially the same kind of player. Cotch and Braylon will complement each other very well
Just remember, Ladies and Gentlemen. Randy Moss was ROASTED for his lack of effort in Minny and Oak when he was playing on bad teams. This very well could be the same situation. (Obviously Bray-Ed isn't as good as Moss)
Count me as being amongst the giddy! My first thought was Keller getting some space. This year he has been defended like a #2 WR, not a TE. That will be changing very soon! I'd also like to see Wallace Wright get some WR3 opportunities rather than Brad "can't hold on to the ball when it matters" Smith. Still giddy.
I'm a lot more cautious than giddy. Edwards could be a huge addition, but he has not played up to his talent level in the last year and a quarter. League leader in drops last seaosn, second time in his career he has done that. We jsut aquired a very good physical talent with poor work ethic and concentration problems. I hope he can overcome those and be a great player for the jets. I do have my doubts though. LAst, I want to know exactly what the undisclosed picks are. Still tryign to find any type of report or link to them on the web.
I heard 10 min ago on TV (from Schefter)... 3rd and 5th, the 3rd can become a 2nd with a certain number of catches. However, he said the catches would have to be a lot.
Rex is right...You have to roll coverage to him. That's another big advantage to open things up inside.
