Wishbone Option, anyone?

    I'm not going to shit on this thread, because up until 2008 I would have told you that the single wing could not be wildly successful at the pro level.

    I've never been a fan of the Wishbone option, however. I can see how the Wishbone formation might find some success, just not the option. There aren't enough blockers on the line, even if you're going to go 1 WR and 1TE.

    gotta say not a terrible idea but i just don't see it working theres a reason its not being used in the NFL...

    Just like the Wildcat wouldn't work? It couldn't be the main offensive formation used by an NFL team but it could be used for 5-10 plays a game.
