    Well, when the Bucs play again in two weeks (they have a bye next week) Winston will be the starter. A shorter than usual Fitzmagic cycle this time.

    Really, is anyone here surprised? Did anyone here not guffaw or chuckle when you read Fitzpatrick's name in the MVP discussion? Didn't you shake your head in disbelief as the talking heads on TV were gushing about all the great throws he made? You knew what was going to happen. He would play like Unitas-Montana-Peyton for a while, but it was inevitable, just like death, taxes or Bowles going for a FG when a TD is needed, that he would wake up one Sunday morning and remember that he was Ryan Fitzpatrick.
