Always smart to draft a guy you won't need for a year when you're going all in for the Super Bowl.

Forget it bro. You obv have no idea about the NFL or how to build a team.

You know your point is dogshit when you resort to personal attacks over arguing actual ideas with evidence. Yet another negative IQ Jets fan.

Ok guy. I already did. In my first two posts.

    1. JSN had done nothing in his first two games.

    2. The jets are going to need WMcD next year when half their DEs leave.

What else do you need as evidence. For the record, I didn't love the pick, but anytime you can potentially draft a distributive DE in the first RD, I'm not going to complain

    1. He has done more than McDonald so far.

    2. The Jets were going all in for a Super Bowl this year prior to the Rodgers injury (you know, when the draft happened). It makes no sense to spend something as valuable as a 1st round pick on a guy that won't even play during said all-in year.

But yeah, keep defending one of the dumbest franchises of the past decade.

Should’ve taken an offensive lineman instead, maybe the savior of the franchise wouldn’t be home in a medical boot

7 catches 40 yards? Wow that'll get the jets to the super bowl.

I'm not a homer. I'm a realist. Neither player would
Make a difference this year. Looking forward, WMcD might be the better player. Might not. But it's not clear cut

I wanted JSN but would've been fine with this too. In typical Jets fashion, we couldn't even draft for the correct side of the ball.

Would you rather have 7 catches for 40 yards or 1 tackle?

    How drunk are you?

Should’ve addressed OT in FA freeing them up to take BPA which is the right way to draft.
They also should have addressed QB depth but that’s another matter.
    And here we are.

Good grief. The last thing they needed was another edge rusher.
