All in all i think Clemens will be a stud. I want to see him next week but I wont get that chance because 'we have a chance to make the playoffs' I could understand if we were like Denver having a chance to go real deep in the playoffs but we are not. But, i guess its not really sending a good message to the team, putting the starting QB on the bench when you are in the playoff hunt, but it can be interpreted in a wail of different ways.

I hope we get to see KC sooner or later, I think he will be a stud. IMO he will be the second best QB out of this draft

    1. Cutler
    2. Clemens
    3. Leinart.
    4. Croyle
    5. Tavaris Jackson
    6. Vince Young

I think that Chad should start until the playoffs are out of the question.

    My question though:

how is this situation different than the Broncos?

(I guess, one answer is, that they believe Cutler IS the answer. The Jets are not sure about KC).

I agree 100%. The rest of the team has gotten better and Penniton has gotten worse. If Pennington could win a game for us we would have a fighting chance to make the playoffs. When you have a team that is playing better than it's talent you need your Qb to step up. If Chad could do that we could have beaten the Bears and Colts. Chad gave us all he had but after one more loss it is time for the Clemens era to begin.

I dont think they doubt the team they doubt it's leader on the feild. If you want to get mad, question how all these fans think the coach will go to Clemmens before they go to the back up Partick ramsey if Chad faulters again and is switched out.

Ramsey is the backup. Clemens is the starting quarterback of the future. After one more loss that future becomes now so Clemens will come in and chad will hopefully bow out gracefully.

Well he'll look at him before he does Cutler, I can tell you that much.

He is only going to glance at Ramsey down the sideline as he tries to find Cutler, if that is the case. The idea of Ramsey taking the field is absolutely horrifying imo. I would rather the rookie get snaps.

It is all moot anyhow. Unless Penny is injured, he is going to come out both guns blazing this week. Pop guns of course, but they'll be popping. :)

Thanks RobA ... People are forgetting other than that stinker would put down in Jacksonville, we've been in EACH of these games to the end and could have easily beaten Chicago, NE the 1st time AND Indianapolis. We lost to 3 upper echelon teams. I am in no way suggesting this team will make it to the playoffs but don't write the season off JUST YET.
