Forget all of that, how can you watch NFL highlights over the last 5 years (prior to this one) and not have seen a Landry highlight every week or two in Washington? The guy was killing people his first few years in the league

If it comes down to Landry or fixing the offense and bringing in new players and things like that i say let him walk, I would love to see him stay but not if we are gonna tie up all of our money in him and not be able to do anything else

If we can get a free safety and move Landry to strong that would be awesome.

^Not sure there is a distinction in this D, he and Bell have similar assignments with Landry in the box in Bear/46.

I say around 7 million a year, but of course it would have to be incentive laden given his injury history. This guy Is a jet in every sense of the word, whatever that means.

For 7 million a year no way. I like Landry a lot. If we could get a real FS and have him play SS It would be great but if we have to pay him 6 or 7 million a year Id rather resign Bell and find a new FS. He's played real well but he's still an injury risk and that is a lot of money going to our secondary.
