I can't believe you really viewed this !!! LOL Love all of you who suffer with me. This site is a blessing. Occasionally goes off the rails but always good for a laugh and camaraderie . I have definitely enjoyed my time here.
Well, back over in the politics section there's a guy claiming Miami (you're close enough) is the drug capitol of the universe so why not give you a click? There has to be somebody in south Florida who believes in Gase, after all there is an entire body of work about "Florida Man..." Of course most of it is from the Enquirer. https://www.boredpanda.com/hilariou...oogle&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic
While I applaud the bravery of this thread and agree with the premise, I feel obliged to point out that neither FL nor NY are the states with the highest incidence of meth seizures. That honor goes to Michigan. New York was #2.
All he needs is a HOF QB who changes plays at the LOS. Until then, he'll be unable to work his magic. The poor guy deserves a 10 year extension to see his plan through.
Good to hear you are sticking around. You are a great contributor to TGG. I must admit, I have been a rabid fan of the Jets for ever, but it is unbelievably deflating to know that after two games the season is once again in shambles and all expectations and dreams lost. I just hope and pray the young players excel despite the CS and CJ finds himself a pair of balls and fires Gase and his side kick. I rather take my chances on an up and coming College coach from a top school than the rehash of NFL coaches with mediocre or piss poor careers.
Thanks for the kind words. Theres no escaping the misery of this franchise. I'm in way too deep , Lol .50 plus years of dysfunction. At least this off season I was able to temper expectations and not buy into the hype. I knew who and what the FA signings were. I knew all 9 draft picks were not going to be elite. My hope is that going cheap was by design, giving us max $ and flexibility in the upcoming off season. There will be some prime talent hitting the market or available at the trade deadline with so many teams in serious cap trouble. I also expect a couple of our own to be traded if theres any value to be had or released. (Bell/Maye) lots of draft picks, currently 5 top 100, FA flexibility, and current young talent leaves me optimistic, but I'm fearful that we will see the SOJ extension of the HC. It seems like a recurring theme. If Gase is kicked in his ass on the way out the door, I believe we have a very competitive team next season and playoff potential in 22. Its disappointing that the season and hope only lasted 2 games.
