You can't trust a QB who is this unreliable as a human. You just can't. QB is too important a position to take on risks like him. I would take him day 2, in round 5, 6, or 7, but you want him round 2??? Why??? He's 6'0," and he is still very raw.
We don't need anyone with communicable disease, rapes of 14 year olds, and whips out a gun at McDonalds. Even VTech alumns know he's a piece of crap. Our team has enough holes....no thanks.
On the NFL network they had projected that Vick would go undrafted before the combine. After the combine they said he might sneak into the 6th or 7th round. He is supposed to have 1st round potential and a very strong upside. Drafting him in the 5th-7th round is not a lot to give up for that high a ceiling. I have no probem spending late draft pick on someone like him and would prefer it over spending the 4th pick in the draft on a QB that will most likely fail as well.
Lets see, a guy that folded like a cheap tent in most big games...and has trouble with the law. Im all in.
I would have no problem taking vick in the 6th or 7th round, and im sure herm edwards wouldnt either, but Mangini will never touch the kid.
Two months ago people on this board were saying waite one year to get our QB, now they want to sell the farm for one. Marcus Vick is more accurate than his brother and he has speed just like him. I say a 5th round pick would get you someone with a lot of potential. No 1st day pick for sure but a mid second day pick would be worth it, even if we converted himn to a WR.
my thing with vince young is he really does remind of steve mcnair. and i know steve has had some great years. but i really hate the way he plays its very sloppy
maybe because hes a guy who stepped on another play whos a moron who gets in trouble all the time whose brother is at best an overrated shitty ass qb who he wishes he had the talent of. if marcus vick is on this team outside of him paying the Jets, im done.

Marcus can't even be mature enough to treat his family right. In an interview at the combine he said that he's a much better passer than his brother and can utilize that better than Mike, who has to run around in his game which causes him to be injured a lot. If that's what he says about his brother, what does he think of his enemies? Can anyone else see the NY media just chewing this guy up?
