Ducasse might make the roster but it's hard to count on him every doing anything. They've giving up on having him play guard and he's not good enough at RT to displace Hunter; that's saying something. What's upsetting about Ellis is that he was considered a first or second round talent who went in the third for character reasons; the character risk (and if I understand his legal situation correctly, the risk of deportation) is still there but if he really was that kind of super talent you think we would have seen him by now.
Tanny and Jets Management were a joke this season and got what they deserved: 1) No OL depth and the rumor that Woody wouldn't let them sign a veteran OL cause all the PSL's weren't sold, which I totally believe. 2) Year after year, continuing to ignore having a pass rush. They fell on Maybin and that still wasn't enough. 3) Year after year, continuing to ignore having a safety or player that can take a TE. From Dallas Clark two seasons ago in the AFC Championship game, to NE's TE's game after game, just continue to ignore this. 4) I watch these other teams and they have such outstanding punters,,, Jets punter and kicker to a certain extent, stink, cause the Jets don't want to pay for those positions. 5) No leadership. Jenkins said it after the game,,, what a joke it was to let Woody go.
Yes, I am unfortunately well aware of this. Not in the building anymore, but out on the road in search of the infamous DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. Someone needs to tell Bradway that diamonds are formed from coal, not cat poop.
This sounds like pure poop. They spent a crapload on players and locked up some very good guys to big long term deals. Do you have a source?
