The only RB that comes close is Bettis... Other than that, Martin is one of the best. We are lucky to have him.

That doesn't make much sense even as a joke. You're arguing Martin helped bring Ty Law here. If he hadn't, the Jets would've been even more desperate for a CB and maybe they still would've traded for Hunter. I still will never figure out why the Jets thought Hunter was worth any draft pick at all.
