It looks for cheap RBs who are fast, who can make one cut and go. It favors RB by committee rather than a bell cow starter. A RB doesn't help all that much on passing downs. He may pick up a blitzer or function as a safety valve, the OG is MUCH more important in keeping the QB upright and healthy. You really should stop with your nonsense because you embarrass yourself when you posts inane crap like this. And how is the RB supposed to take pressure off when there are no holes and he's getting stuffed behind the LOS or struggling to gain 1-2 yards?

We have just came from a period of life that has now consisted of: Mark Sanchez, Kellen Clemens, Greg McElroy, Geno Smith, Ryan FitzPatrick, Bryce Petty, Joshua McCown, Sam Darnold, Luke Falk, and Joe Flacco.. It's far and away O-Fucking-K for anyone to feel however they may right now when It comes to the QB position. We've all been put through hell and back as a NYJ Fan. Get over It. Embrace It. Accept It. Stop beating up on each other. It's okay to feel however you do about whoever you fucking want. Just stop... It's okay to be bitter right now. It's okay to be optimistic. It's okay to have a favorite. It's okay to be sure about that. It's okay to be sure that one QB will work out, while another one won't. Let It be whatever It is. Well said. I've made it known I want Wilson, but I'm sure as hell fine with them taking Fields. I'm not going to lose sleep over it. The only scenario I did not want was Sam being on this roster come Sept 2021 and that scenario is in the trash. It's time for a new era of NYJ football with JD and Saleh. Whichever way they go, lets hope they get it right!
Folks act like if the Jets draft their preferred QB it means they are right or won a prize. There’s no winner until whoever we draft is good. There were no winners in 2018 at least not among us Jets fans.
