What happened with Pacman Jones and his fellow crooks was swatting? I agree that Goodell is spending too much time trying to sweep stuff that is unsweepable under the rug but I also think he has hit a few people fairly hard in the process.

I have a hard time disagreeing with you about how much trouble Favor will cause but, at this point, can we really say that there's a better option at QB? He's no god-send, but he might be the best that we can get at this point...
He's not the best option at this point. He's probably a better option than reverting to Chad, which is where we might be if Mangini has decided not to sink or swim with Clemens, but that doesn't make him a better option than Clemens or ANY of the younger QB's on the roster.
I agree. They've gone overboard with the thread thing. The idea is to not have 10 "Jets Lose Favre to Buccs" threads, all repeating the same information. I made a post in the Favre thread and came back to see if anyone responded and I couldn't even find my post anymore since so much had been added. If it's the same topic but a very different concept it should be it's own thread. That's my take. :beer:
