Why do we feel the need to blame ANYONE right now?

I think the whole "whole building through draft" concept is a myth. You build through whatever means you have. There are advantages and disadvantages to the draft, free agency, and UDFA but you have to make use of all of them and it's difficult to be highly successful without being good at all three.

I'm not blaming everyone. I just know having a bottom 5 QB isn't going to win you allot of games. All the people drinking the Geno Cool Aid will continue to blame everyone else starting with the recievers. Tannehill is ranked better and the coaching staff was smart enogh to sit his sorry ass. How our coaching staff was stupid enough to even start this bafoon we have playing QB is beyond me.
Please let this be his last day and if Vick is the replacement, so be it. Take a third of them draft picks we blow it on every year and try another shot at QB. Better sooner than later. IMO a year on the bench isn't going to make a miracle happen.
    You CAN'T FIX STUPID !!!
Yes, I am hateing on Geno because this team means the world to me, but untill he cracks the top 20, the hate will continue. IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK out of our QB ?

I understand what you mean, I guess I would say that if you get a new GM, 3 out of 4 new coaches, a new QB, and overhaul the roster within 2 years, it would be considered a rebuilding team. Most successful teams don't replace much more than 2 new starters on either side of the ball any given year. Part of what you're rebuilding is continuity and consistency.

you are completely missing the point. the point wasnt that anyone thinks geno is the awnser or that you can win with a bad QB. the point was we are in the early-to-mid stages of a rebuild and everything isnt going to get fixed overnight. this season isnt about wins its about evaluating and developing.

maybe geno sucks, but you need to see what you have. do you cut him, or do you think he is at least a viable option as a backup?

there is a disconnect between fans and the team. the team is rebuilding, the fans have this delusional view that we should be winning games

Don't the Broncos have more than 10+ new starters from last year's Super Bowl team?

So were gonna use the excuse that we are "Rebuilding" instead?I don't hear any other teams in the league using this as an excuse. This team is already built that's what people don't seem to realize. We have one major hole the CB situation and a minor hole at WR with Decker not staying healthy. How much "Rebuilding" do you think is left? Our O lines and D lines are among best in league,so our are running backs,we have our TEs,if Millner was healthy maybe our secondary would be better. This isn't an excuse anymore, our two losses have nothing to do with " Rebuilding",turnovers and bad playcalling and game management have everything to do with it

That's a stat that's exaggerated by the media, because that includes starters who were on the team last year but were injured for the SB.

The Broncos have the same GM, HC, all 3 coordinators, possibly the greatest field general of all time, 3 out of 4 top receiving threats, and over half of their O linemen.

They had some roster turnover but are very obviously not rebuilding. I don't understand why you keep trying to nitpick my points by misconstruing obvious facts.

I agree with what you are saying for the most part but I am just so sick and tired of following a team that lets me down nearly every single time - there is next to no joy in supporting or following the Jets and hasn't been for decades - this is a franchise born under an unlucky star sadly. nowadays I struggle to even watch the games as I am just sat there waiting for the next stupid/disappointing/frustrating move by the team and its the only thing they never let you down with.

so who should they be playing out there? what franchise QBs were there available to us? if we have a terrible season and an Andrew Luck-esque QB is sat there in the draft then we will take him.

one half decent game doesn't make him the next Andrew Luck - plenty of QB needy teams passed on him its not like he was or is a sure thing and nor is he (currently) a franchise QB - there is no point in complaining that the Jets are playing their non-franchise QB when there isn't one on the roster
