nice!! i hate wet blanket mentality. it gets old fast. don't get me wrong, i complain as much as the next person, i'm just not ready to throw in the towel when tied for first. if they were 0-4, or 1-3 and 0-2 in the division, i'd not be making this thread.

Has anyone not yet realized that following the Jets is a roller coaster? It always has been. We're on the down slope but on the way up. Tied for first with the best divisional record. I agree TommyJ, crazier things have happened. Monday is OUR NIGHT. Hill & Keller will both be back and we'll show we don't need Holmes to survive. The rooks are going to step it up on both sides of the ball. It'll be a slugfest! I trust Rex will have em fully motivated.

Everyone needs to send the good vibes to Keller!

It's true, and it's our job to vibe the jets to victory. All good mojo is well accepted.

That's because we've never had a QB that can carry a team since then.

Have you seen our current roster? We have a #3 WR and thats it. We have a #2 RB. Ill be surprised if this game is within 10 points.

Wow. That is the best post you have made lately.

I can say, I completely agree. It IS a roller coaster, but what fun is a team if all they do is win ;)

Fuck all of you fans who are just throwing in the towel and calling a quits. Who gives a flying fuck if you don't see us winning. Anything can happen and frankly, I will support this team through thick and thin. I see them winning. Does that mean they will win? We will see, but I will NEVER bend over and let this thing fuck me in the ass. NEVER, Fight till it's over. Last I checked, it has just begun.

    2-0

Its nice to have one positive topic out of the 50 negatives. I swear going through 50 topics of negativity REALLY makes you feel this seasons over and next year is over to.

A win cures all. Especially a win against the now #1 team in the NFL according to ESPN. If the Jets do somehow pull a win monday night, I bet this whole board will be talking playoffs again. If we lose then its the continued negativity, but a win would flip everything upside down.

Im looking forward to Sunday to, because if the Bills and Patriots lose, then Monday night we would still be in first place win or lose.....hopefully win though.

Thats foolish because if we beat the Colts week 6 we will play a game in New England where first place is on the line. I dont like our chances but, neither did anyone back in January 2011.

You are basing that on nothing but green colored glasses, sunshine and stupidity.

Please present realistic, logical, reasons why this will happen.

Comments like, "I trust Rex will have em fully motivated" are embarrassing. Why didn't he have them motivated last week? Does Rex just pick and choose weeks or something?

negativity is systemic, and after a short while, it's just weak ass shit to hear over and over. technically they are in first place still with all the setbacks and shortcomings this year, and there have been alot, i'd say they're in a position of opportunity here. figured it would be cool to try a different angle from the overdominating we suck threads. had enough of it, time to go forward hopefully.

I was going to say something realistic like "Why do you think we are going to beat the one of the best teams in the NFL after losing our best offense and defense players, and are playing like complete crap in almost every aspect of the game?" But then I said to myself too much truth isn't a good thing.

Well, we are currently talking about the Jets GETTING 8 points at home.

I'd say put your money where your mouth is if you think the Jets will actually win the game outright.

The Texans are the better team...that's true. Doesn't mean that they will win, but I can't see how you can argue that's not true at this point. I bet on the 49ers this week, but I will not be betting on next week's Jets match-up.

Maybe some of you a-holes will find this funny: the Bills have to play the Texans AND Patriots directly after their bye-weeks...two weeks in a row. There was a time there where we had to play the Patriots after their bye four years in a row. We gotta do it again.

Also, the Patriots scored 35 points on the Bills in less than 13 minutes this week. I don't know if that's some kind of a record, but it oughta be.

Also, the Bills are 2-2 this year, but both losses were against divisional teams. We surrendered exactly 100 points in those two games combined.

"Fans" like you are embarrassing to this franchise. You're outraged because I don't believe the Jets have thrown in the towel yet?

Maybe you didn't get the purpose of this thread. It's motivational. Wishful thinking. It's support for the team. I'll wear the damn green glasses if that's what makes you happy. I'm just saying all is not lost. Opportunities are there for young guys to step up. They clicked in game 1, they can click again!
