Brees' cap hit is absolutely crippling, even for us with ~15M left. If there was a way to restructure Brees' contract, sign a DT (Snacks/Wilfork?), perhaps resign Wilkerson, plus acquire a FS (Gilchrist), and another OL, then we'd be cooking with fire. I don't know what's going to happen. This could definitely happen. Amped to be a Jets fan.
