Whoever is in charge of personnel in Pittsburgh, should be a GM candidate

    Whoever we hire as GM I want to have worked as a SCOUT, CROSS CHECKER, or HEAD OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT at a successful team. If we can't be a winner at least we can draft like one!

    If the Jets fire a GM after 2 years, do you think a newcomer interviewing will be all hot for the job? We had pretty good candidates turn us down when we insisted that Rex be kept. What will the possibility of a 2 year tenure do to these candidates. Anyone coming in wants to think hey will get a fair shot.

    Interesting to c many of the recent steelers draftees were mentioned in several jet mocks leading up to the respective draft......

    Jones, Wheaton, dicastro, shazier, archer, Bryant. Would be nice to have a couple of those guys instead but all things considered we still need the QB to glue it all together.
