I've seen your posts. Youre quite the wanna be board enforcer. The chat room bully. I'll post where I please and let the mods decide. All of these threads get off Topic at one point or another. Get off your high mouse dude. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Blablabla, take a stroll. So anyway, I don't know if I want a specific corner to start oppo Milliner, probably just the guy that plays the best in camp. It's probably gonna be Patterson at least until he gets hurt, which he most likely will.
Well that's the problem, you keep voicing your opinion where everyone else keeps posting facts that make your opinion look stupid.
Interesting .... Glad to see the Jets as one of the 3 teams. I think the 2nd round stuff is nonsense. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Until a couple of you guys begin to understand the difference between an ARTICLE and a COLUMN you're doomed to continue to spread your IGNORANCE. This is especially true of the individual who claims to be posting about journalistic standards but who, among others, fails to understand that an article reports the news and answers the "who, what, why, when and where" questions. A column is an opinion piece that explains the viewpoint of the writer; he may or may not use facts and others' opinions in voicing his own. Perhaps we need another place to deposit all these topics that deteriorate into "Idzik is/Idzik isn't" - the only question is if it goes above or below the BS Forum.
Idzik designed Android no wonder lol. I hate Android but I hate Apple more. Luckily my phone sits on a charging dock at my desk whenever Im not using it. And the HTC One is an awesome phone but battery life leaves much to be desired. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
You want a 3rd rounder or later starting opposite a 2nd year Dee? Why don't we just start giving out 60 yard TD's while we're at it.
The problem is the FO has painted themselves into a corner by letting Cro go and not getting him replaced in FA. Now they have to choose between using high picks on O where they are crucially needed, once again foregoing addressing needs on O by using a high pick at corner, or hoping and praying a mid round pick can start at corner and not get toasted all year long. Signing Jackson would have changed all that, but they didn't sign Jackson or anybody else to add opposite Decker. Imo the Vick signing can potentially be a big help in the short run, but the O is still in need of a talent upgrade. Imo it's a real mess. I saw some mock drafts for the Jets, and they simply cannot address all criticial needs with high picks, of course. Pollyannas here may deny that is the case, but they end up either denying the O needs attention, or pretend like a mid round pick will be a fine opening day starter opposite Milliner. It's nonsense.
We only need 1 receiver really in this draft, we have Decker and Kerley and solid depth we just need someone opposite Decker. I wouldn't mind another TE either through the draft or free agency but Cumby has some wheels and Sudfield looks like big foot. Whatever downgrade Breno was in the athleticism department he makes up for in the attitude department and he came from a championship team. The big question marks on this team are QB, CB, and Safety. If we don't get better play out of the QB position it doesn't matter if our defense is #1 in the league or if we have Larry Fitzgerald, you don't win football games turning the ball over 4 times a game.
given cros level of play last year he will be easily replaced. Stop acting like he was any good last year.
I just don't think it's that unreasonable to think Rex can make something decent out of a CB corp of Dee Milliner, Darrin Walls, Kyle Wilson, Demitri Patterson, Ellis Lankster, Ras-I Dowling, and possibly a 2nd or 3rd round pick. If they go WR, CB, thats fine with me. If they go S, WR, CB, thats fine with me, and if the go CB, WR, I really don't care. Remember, our biggest rival is New England and their biggest weapons are slot receivers, tight ends, and RBs who can receive. Wilson, Lankster, and Patterson will have major roles, against those slot guys. I think people are underestimating our ability to play a guy like Darrin Walls or Kyle Wilson on the outside, assuming they win the competition over whatever pick we spend on a CB.
