Injury was minor, just a missed opportunity to show off. He may help himself if he can prove that he is indeed a tackle but with his short arms and play on the field he looks more like a guard (and a damn good one). If he falls to 10 the Rams could be all over him.

If we dont get Mariotta, Bryce Petty is the guy I want the Jets to target. As you seen, he has a great, natural arm, and in watching his tape he shows a very quick release. The knock on him is coming from the Baylor spread system and some problems with him picking up his second read. But he solidified that third QB rank today I think.

A guy who might have just gone from 7th/UDFA to some where round 4-6 I think is Chris Conley. 6'2, 213, 4.35 40 time, set Combine WR records for Highjump and long jump. He's not going to get in to day 2, but he could be an early 4th.
Bud Dupree killed the combine. He is 6'4 and 269 lbs. He ran a 4.56 forty, a 42" vertical, and a 11'4 broad jump.
It is this kind of depth that makes me think we will regret it if we do not trade down. I would love it if we found a way to get both of Cleveland's first rounders.
