I still have faith in him. But he is not going to be a jet for the next 5 years.
Clemens will take over 2 years form now and then there will be no point in having him around. There is really no point in have faith in him though because either this year or 2007 is going to be his last year he is going to be cut sooner or later and later isnt that far away. I know that is a big change of opinion but what can i say :shit:

yeah, I agree with what you're saying. I hope that Chad can be a good transitional QB for us for the next couple of years as Clemmons gets groomed. I see Chad becoming a great mentor to the young kid so if he stays healthy, he'll be on the team for a few years.

I think he has a shot especially in the wake of this contract extension. There is just no way he would have been offered an extension if the coaching staff did not see any upside to his ability.

I feel that he will end up being our backup for this season. I think that the depth chart will have Chad as the starter, Ramsey as backup, Clemmons #3, and Bollinger either #4 or cut. They may decide to keep Bollinger because he may be a decent backup to Clemmons in the future.

Given Chad's injury history, Ramsey could be the starter by Week 4.

Um you spell his name clemens lol (doesnt really matter). I think Ramsey will prove him self in Training Camp and he will beat out pennington and pennington will be #2 for most of the year unless he earns respect from mangini and Ramsey gets hurt or throws a INT every other play (witch i think those days are over.) Clemens will be #3 and Bollinger will be #4. I think at the end of the 2006 season Pennington is cut and Ramsey is #1 Clemens is #2 and Bollinger is #3. Then at the End of the 2007 Season Clemens takes over for the next 10 years or so. Parafly you have good views on things. i think you are a dam good poster.

Ramsey starting QB for the 2006 and 2007 season

Pennington cut and the end of the 2006 season

Clemens take over the helm at the start of the 2008 season and 10 or so years after that.

I thought that place was an urban legend. It's a Christopher Guest movie waiting to happen.

    SCENE: Vinnie Training Camp -

Director: 1, 2, 3, 4 - here it goes. This is like a mirror between you, and then he goes this way, and then let's say you were to point at each other. You're doing the same thing, aren't you? No, you're not angry at him..

    Gerald: No, I'm not.

Director: No, you're just pointing at him. "Hey, you! I know you! I know you!" Let's hear the waggle. The waggle. Yes, just let me see this.. [ waggles ] Yeah, you remember that.. Maybe not.
