Some of the people who said that are now drooling over Sammy Watkins.. who's also had the same problems before.

    Good value pick up!

Any player that wants to turn around their career by burning the Pats is a good thing too

This is the most telling factor of how this year went bad, and the year before with Chez. For one the WR talent was'nt that good to start and all through camp and then in the season they were hurt. Chemistry is everything between WR and QB. Many times when Geno came off the field you would see him gesture to the WR he was supposed to cut in when he cut out or vise versa, these mistakes usually led to picks. Building chemistry also allows the receivers to know what they are expected to do once a play gets blown up due to a blitz or change in defensive coverage. When Geno was in trouble no receivers worked back to the ball or got open down field. Geno can be very good if given consistent talented receivers to work with. Some of the training staff should be fired for not making shure these guys know how to stay healthy or keep them from over use in training camp, simple hamstring injuries could totally be avoided with proper stretching or perhaps yoga.

We do not know how if Geno will be good yet. He struggled reading defenses, Picking up blitzes and looking off of receivers. The biggest issue playing in WCO you have to be able to play under center. His legs bailed him out down the stretch but he needs to improve dramatically.

The good news is a first year QB not to mention a green rookie struggle with the WCO it takes time to learn. (That is why coaches like Gruden liked Vet Qbs)

We will learn a lot about Geno in the off season OTA's and training camp. I expect to see a big jump with the offensive coaching staff we have.
