Not being in shape, forgeting his shoes.....no discipline. Dez may be a jerk, but where is his agent? A good Agent can guide his player down the right path or at least set him up with the right people to keep him focused. Old saying...for some..."Youth is wasted on the young".
no you nailed it. it was reported and I saw it he looked awkward in the cone drills. he may have not been properly coached or long and intense enough for pro day specific emulation routines. WHICH, like you alluded to , is the job of a good agent.
