need to credit Tangini for not taking Vernon Davis.

the guy looked nervous and confused out there (before getting injured). he dropped a few passes trying to make 1-handed highlight-film catches instead of just coming down with the ball.

    d'brick and mangold look solid.

i hope herm edwards gets embarassed again this week.

I went with Dyson solely because when I think offseason acquisitions I think signings and trades, not drafted rookies.

I wanna go with the robo-arm they surgically put on Chad. That has been the biggest acquisition by far.

Right, but he's not close to that yet, so right now he's just a tackle.

Mangold on the other hand, stepped into a big mess of responsibility, especially with Kendall out, so he was forced to not only play but make the calls on his own.

No penalties to date for Mangold if my memory serves me correct.

    He's the Man.....Gold

I had to go with Dyson. He's done very well.

I don't like that rookies are included in this poll. I went with Moore. They stuff the run when he's in there. And we got him CHEAP!

Mangold & D'Brick....If I had to choose one it would be Mangold. He's making the line calls and only had that one ineligible down filed penalty...plus IMO the smarts he had to knock that ball out of the endzone during the Tenn. game was awesome. Who knows what would've happen if that was a safety and we have to kick right back to them.

Actually, he had that penalty but as an illegal receiver agaisnt the Bills, he's still great nonetheless. It looks like we're going to have a rock solid o-line for quite some time. Oh, and I voted for Ferguson by the way,

Matt Chatam, Without him the Buffalo game would have been pretty boring towards the end

Leon Washington, he was drafted with the pick we got for Herm.
